WOLF CREEK – APARTMENTS

Business Developer from Portland, OR needed a General Contractor

Wolf Creek was the first project of its kind in Watford City. The three phase mixed-use project included plans for over 50,000 SF of commercial space, 250+ Apartment Units & 30 Town Home Lots.

We provided our customer with a “Turn-key” Site Development package including mass grading of 50,000 + CY of earthwork and 200,000 SF of parking. Our scope of work included 2 miles of water, sewer and storm piping structures. We provided all curb, gutter, sidewalks and retaining walls as well as asphalt and concrete paving. Our site development package included SWPPP development and implementation, street and site lighting, underground power and communication installations, foundation support, excavation, backfill. We introduced the owner of the project to our strong team of vendors and assisted our customer in the selection process from the geotechnical phase to the electrical phase.

During the project and after the mass grading was complete, the developer requested that KLE rotate all three phases 90 degrees. Typically this process could have taken several weeks to complete and cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, but with our in-house GPS modeling and machine controls and our strong team we were able to complete this task in less than 5 days and present cost savings to another very satisfied customer.
